1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: on all orders above ₹499.
- Standard Shipping Fee: ₹60 for orders below ₹499.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available with an additional ₹40 charge.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order status in real time. You can also track your order directly on our ‘Track My Order’ page.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, we will contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping options will be available soon — stay tuned!
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID at:
